Bruntwood Park BMX Club made in the 80’s
The track at Bruntwood Park BMX Club first played host to BMX racing in the early years of the sport in the 1980s.
In the following decades the track fell into disrepair, with the original track becoming little more than a narrow strip of dirt. The resurgence of the sport in the 21st Century brought funding from Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council and Sport England enabling Dirtworks to create a new track suitable for National level competition.
